Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is the publisher of trixinocasino.co. You can contact us about anything in this policy at contact@trixinocasino.co. This policy is written to meet the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
This policy covers this site only. trixinocasino.co is not Trixino Casino. If you follow a partner link and register at the casino, the casino becomes the controller of the data you give it, and its own privacy policy applies.

What we do not collect
- We do not offer accounts, logins or newsletters on this site.
- We do not use advertising trackers, retargeting pixels or third-party ad networks.
- We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.
- We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Partner link redirects
When you click a link to /go/, your browser is redirected to the casino via a tracking address. Our server logs the request in the normal way. The tracking provider and the casino may record that you arrived from this site; that processing is covered by their own privacy policies.
Processors and international transfers
We use a hosting provider for our server and Cloudflare as a content delivery and security network. Both act on our behalf. Cloudflare operates a global network, so data may be processed outside the UK, including in the United States. Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK law, such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the International Data Transfer Addendum.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased in certain circumstances;
- restrict or object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- data portability where processing is based on consent or contract;
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on it.
To use any of these rights, email contact@trixinocasino.co with "Privacy request" in the subject. We will reply within one month. Because we hold so little data, we may need a detail such as the date of your email to find what relates to you.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority: ico.org.uk, helpline 0303 123 1113.
