How We Review
We do not hand out stars or scores: instead we check the same seven areas of the casino in the same way, and tell you what we found and what you should verify yourself.
Updated
Why no star rating
A single score hides the things that matter. A casino can have a superb slot lobby and an awkward withdrawal process, and a "4.5 out of 5" tells you neither. Because this is a presentation site for one brand, a score would also look like a sales badge. So we describe each area in plain terms and link to the page where it is covered in depth.
The seven areas we check
| Area | What we look at | Where it is covered |
|---|---|---|
| Offers and T&Cs | Headline value, how it is split across deposits, wagering, maximum bet while a bonus is active, expiry, excluded games and payment methods | Welcome bonus, Promotions |
| VIP programme | How members are selected, what is promised (manager, rakeback, cashback, lower-wagering offers) and whether perks could push play beyond a budget | VIP club |
| Game lobby | Studios represented, search and filters, whether RTP information is shown, demo mode, how quickly games load | Slots, Live casino |
| Payments | Methods shown in the cashier, currencies, whether withdrawals go back to the deposit method, what the T&Cs say about limits and timings | Payments |
| Account and verification | Sign-up steps, when ID checks happen, which documents are requested | Sign-up and login |
| Mobile | Browser play on iPhone and Android, layout, cashier and limits on a small screen; no app store claims | Mobile casino |
| Support and safer gambling | Channels and hours, how easy it is to find deposit limits, time-outs, reality checks and self-exclusion | Support, Responsible gambling |
How each check is done
Offers
We read the promotion page and the full bonus terms, not just the banner. We note what is clear and what is missing. Where the casino states a figure, such as 777% up to EUR 7,777 across the first deposits or a 400% weekly reload up to EUR 3,500, we quote it with the currency the casino uses. Where the important numbers live only in the terms, we tell you to check the current T&Cs on the casino site rather than copying a figure that may change next week.
Lobby and games
Harriet browses the slot and live sections as a regular player would, using search and filters, opening games in demo mode where available and noting whether the game's information panel shows an RTP. For live tables, she checks the stream on home broadband and on 4G.
Payments and verification
We record the methods visible in the cashier and the help pages, then compare them with the terms. We never state processing times as fact; we describe what the casino says and how to check it. We also flag where UK banks' gambling blocks may stop a card deposit, which catches many readers out.
Safety and licensing
We do not tell you a casino is licensed. We show you how to check, using the operator details in the casino footer and the UK Gambling Commission public register, and we explain what it means if an operator does not appear there. See safety and licensing.
What we flag
We highlight anything that could surprise a reader: high wagering, short expiry, low maximum bets while a bonus is active, withdrawal restrictions tied to bonuses, methods excluded from offers, and any absence of UK protections such as GAMSTOP participation. These notes are never removed for commercial reasons.
How often we re-check
Offers are checked weekly, the lobby and payments monthly, and policy pages quarterly. Every page carries its last updated date. If you notice something has changed before we do, please let us know.
